The City of Isle of Palms requires that renters please respect the privacy of their neighbors. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced and includes stereos, televisions, and any other noise. Quiet is required Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 10:00am and Friday and Saturday from 11:00pm to 10:00 am. The island police will issue tickets of up to $1087 for violations of this policy.
If a renter is fined for a noise ordinance violation, we reserves the right to charge the renter as well for violation of their policies. Our rental licenses can be lost if there are more than 3 noise violations issued within one year for a particular property.
Parking regulations are strictly enforced on the islands. Please read all signs and follow all parking rules. We don’t want an expensive parking ticket to ruin your vacation!
